I am attorney with more than 15 years of experience in international law. I come from a family of immigrants and understand cultural diversity first-hand. My passion is to help people fulfill their dreams of coming or staying in the United States.

I am fully bilingual in English-Spanish. If needed, you (or your family member) can speak in Spanish directly to me, and not through a translator.

My office staff speaks chinese and mandarin.

Jan. 6, 2023 Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans

USCIS is currently accepting applications to request temporary parole to Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuela currently residing outside of the United States. The states nationals may be considered, on a case-by-case basis, for advanced authorization to travel and a temporary period of parole for up to two years for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.
